- Session 1 - The Why and What of leading with agility.
- Session 2 - Behaviors that enable agility. We explore the evolution of leadership theories and styles to determine what is still relevant and what needs to change. A part of the shift is understanding the balance between power and influence and how the way in which we gain power might be changing.
- Session 3 - Knowing and Connecting with yourself. We explore ways to map and become more aware of our own experiences. We dive into cognitive biases, to understand how they work, influence our thinking and how we can counter them.
